Processing time

In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. We ship Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases — for example during temporary stock shortages or carrier delays — dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination:

• The Netherlands: €4,95
• Rest of the European Union: €12,95
• Outside the European Union: €95,00

Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for shipments outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link where available, so you can follow your shipment.
