Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through duckiewonderland, accessible via
https://www.duckiewonderland.com.

duckiewonderland is the trade and brand name of Duckie Wonderland, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce.

By placing an order, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.


2. Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item

3. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, you must notify duckiewonderland by email within the withdrawal period.


4. Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • duckiewonderland is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in transit


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned item

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by law.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer


9. International orders

For international orders:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • These costs are non-refundable
