  • How do I place an order at Duckiewonderland?

    Ordering is simple. Add your favorite rubber ducks to your shopping cart and follow the
    steps in the checkout process. Creating an account is not required. We do need
    your name, email address, and shipping details to process and deliver your
    order correctly. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order
    confirmation email with all the details. Once your package has been shipped,
    you will receive a second email with tracking information.



  • Do I need to create an account?

    No, creating an account is optional. You can place your order as a guest. However, having an account makes future purchases faster and allows you to view your previous orders.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Changed your mind? Please contact us as soon as possible. We usually process orders
    quickly. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer
    possible. In that case, you can refuse the package upon delivery or return it
    to us after receiving it. Once we have received and processed the return, we
    will refund the purchase amount.

  • Which payment methods are available?

    At Duckiewonderland, you can pay securely using the following payment methods:

    Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. We ship from
    Monday to Friday. In exceptional cases, delivery may take slightly longer, for
    example during temporary stock shortages or carrier delays.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    The cost for shipping is €4,95, which will be added at checkout. We have a 14 day return policy.

  • How can I track my package?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    You can use this number to follow your shipment online via the carrier’s
    website.

  • How do I return an item?

    If you would like to return an item, please send it back with sufficient postage to:

    Always include your order number or invoice number with your return so we can process it quickly. Once we have received and processed your return, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you originally used. If you paid in advance via bank transfer, please include your bank
    details with the return.

    We only send emails that are relevant to your order or subscription.

  • Newsletter

    You must subscribe separately to receive our newsletter. In it, we share updates about new products, promotions, and special offers. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom, allowing you to opt out
    at any time.

    How do I subscribe to the newsletter?

    You can sign up for our newsletter via your customer account, through the
    signup form on our homepage, or during checkout. Sometimes a discount code is
    offered when subscribing. This will be clearly mentioned with the promotion.

    After signing up, you will receive a confirmation email.
    Once you click the confirmation link, your subscription is complete. Any
    applicable discount code is usually sent within 10 to 15 minutes after
    confirmation. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or
    contact us.
